Read through the following terms and conditions and check the boxes upon acceptance.

TURNAROUND TIME. Images will be returned following all paid shoots. Images will be delivered within 30-60 days, dependent on paid workload.

IMAGE SELECTION. Delaney Viau reserves the right to select which images will be edited and delivered from unpaid collaborations.

IMAGE DELIVERY. You will receive 2-3 edited images per look. Unpaid collaborations include standard image retouching. A contact sheet of images available for purchase will be made available within the gallery following image delivery.

SOCIAL MEDIA SHARING. All images from collaborations with Delaney Viau may only be shared on social media with FULL ACCREDITATION. It is required that you tag @delaney.viau on the image(s) AND in the caption.

ADDITIONAL SERVICES. Any additional services such as hair, makeup, and wardrobe styling will incur additional fees. These fees are the sole responsibility of the model.

SELECTION FOR COLLABORATION. By checking this box, you understand and accept that submission of this form DOES NOT GUARANTEE that any collaborations will be had between you, the model, and Delaney Viau, the photographer.
