A non-refundable 40% deposit will be required to hold your spot. This deposit will go towards your total session cost. The cost of the deposit is determined based on the total session cost. Ex: the higher the session cost, the higher the deposit. This deposit will not be refunded under any circumstances.

All sessions have a 10 minute grace period. If you are not at the shoot location and ready to shoot, by the end of the grace period, you will be required to reschedule your session for the next available date.

Please plan to arrive to your session 15 minutes before your scheduled shoot time to accommodate any delays, such as traffic and lack of parking. I am unable to accept late arrivals exceeding the 10 minute grace period, even if you are finding a spot downtown or stuck in traffic.

Your original 40% deposit will be applied to the rescheduled date and time. Any additional reschedules or late arrivals will require a new deposit to be made, and the original deposit will not be refunded.

All rescheduling must be done at least 48 hours before your scheduled session date.

Rescheduling must be done using the link in your confirmation email.

If you contact me directly and ask to reschedule with less than 48 hours before your session, your session will be cancelled, you will lose your deposit, and be asked to make a new appointment using the online booking link.

In the event that I have an emergency or need to reschedule your appointment, I will reach out to you directly and get you rescheduled.

Your original deposit amount will be applied towards one rescheduled date. Rescheduled date must be selected and confirmed within 14 days of your original shoot date. If no rescheduled date is chosen within 14 days of the original session date, your session will be considered CANCELLED and your original deposit will not be refunded.

After one reschedule, your original deposit will be forfeit, and no longer count towards your session total. A new 40% deposit will be made to secure your date/time.

All deposits are non-refundable, regardless of circumstances surrounding the cancellation.

If you cancel your session with less than 24 hours before the shoot date and time, without reason or notice, you may be unable to book future shoots with Delaney Viau Photography.
