A non-refundable 40% deposit will be required to hold your spot. This deposit will go towards your total session cost. This deposit will not be refunded under any circumstances.

If you need to reschedule, it must be done at least 24 hours before your scheduled session date. Rescheduling must be done using the link in your confirmation email. If you contact me directly and ask to reschedule with less than 24 hours before your session, I will do my best to accommodate but if I'm not able to reschedule you, your session will be cancelled and you'll be required to make a new deposit.

Your original deposit amount will be applied towards 1 rescheduled date. Rescheduled date must be selected and confirmed within 14 days of your original shoot date. If no rescheduled date is chosen within 14 days of the original session date, your session will be considered CANCELLED and your original deposit will not be refunded. After 1 reschedule, your original deposit will be forfeit, and no longer count towards your session total, and a new deposit will be made to secure your date/time.

If you cancel your session with less than 24 hours before the shoot date and time, without reason, OR fail to show and give notice prior to your session, you will forfeit all payments made and you may be unable to book future shoots with Delaney Viau Photography.
